Mahoning Valley Recognition Inventory
Mahoning Valley Recognition Inventory
We did not have a comprehensive inventory of naming and recognition opportunities on the Mahoning Valley campus.
Using blueprints of each floor, I created maps of each area so that both reserved and available opportunities could be seen in their relative spaces. Below are examples of these maps. I also created an Excel spreadsheet detailing the same that also includes the value of that inventory. I walked each space and took photos of all signage, then uploaded them to NXT under media and included an attribute for donor recognition so that it was easily accessible and can be reported on.
As Stewardship Manager I will create the same for our entire enterprise. I am currently researching software that will provide a dynamic data and mapping tool that will help us plan and manage funding opportunities and recognition inventories across the campuses, building and floors of the hospital. These platforms show each available area within the enterprise with reserved and available recognition that can be searched quickly, exported to a presentation to show to donors and reported on. Until an investment in software is feasible, I will create and maintain a system for our naming and recognition inventory that can be easily viewed, searched accurately and reported on.
